Welcome and Opening Remarks:  President Bob Fass opened the meeting at 6:10pm.      Treasurer’s Report: Lorraine Kubik presented the Treasurer’s report covering the time period October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.      El Oso Grande Park and Neighborhood Area Updates:  Bob Fass introduced David Flores, Deputy Director of CABQ Parks and Recreation Dept who provided an update on various El Oso Grande Park improvements and anticipated improvements.       Pollinator Garden and Native Plant Society Update:  Karen Rivard provided an update and said that visitors to the Pollinator garden have expressed thanks and appreciation for this peaceful and natural place to walk.       Guest Speaker:  Albuquerque Community Safety (ACS) Dept’s Public Outreach Staff, Jenny Carian.       OGNA Board Elections:   Elected Board Members include:  President:  Bob Fass,  At Large Member:  Dee Taylor,  At Large Member:  Dave Hollis.  There were no applicants for other Board openings.      Candidate Presentations:  The following candidates participated:  State Representative District 27 Candidates:  Marianne Matthews and Gregory Gallegos;  State Senator District 18 Candidates:  Kurstin Johnson and Natalie Figueroa.    OGNA Neighborhood Issues, Concerns & Suggestions
